This is a beautiful, main door end terrace house in an ideal location in Paisley.
The space inside and out is designed to be as comfortable as possible, while extras such as the modern kitchen, proximity to airport, ease of parking & main door access are welcome additions to any trip. Gas fired central heating and double glazing help make this property incredibly warm in the winter, and the outdoor areas coupled with rear patio doors give you plenty of air in the summer time. Pets are also welcome in the property during your visit.

The location is ideal for travellers who are commuting to and from Glasgow International Airport. The property is only 3 miles away from the airport, making it an ideal place to use as a hub to visit local attractions and beyond.
The house is a 3 bedroom end of terrace property. There is a short path with stairs leading from the public street, where you would park your car, up to the main door. There is a serene atmosphere created by the gorgeous flowers and bushes in the front garden area and the neighbourhood has a true family feel.
The front door opens to a reception vestibule where shoes and outdoor clothing can be taken off. The bright reception hallway has laminate flooring which of course is attractive and easy to keep clean. The living room is bright and comfortable, it has plenty of seating and a standard television. There is also an electric fire if required (although the central heating should be perfect).
The kitchen is bright and modern, it comes complete with gas hob, fridge freezer, electric oven and microwave. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience. Along with an abundance of cooking utensils, there is plenty of cutlery, dining wear and a kettle and toaster for your use. There is also a small seating area in the kitchen.
The downstairs bathroom has a toilet, small bath and a glass shower cubicle with electric shower. It is attractively decorated and will make you feel right at home should you light some candles and choose to have a relaxing soak.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms all with carpeted flooring and bedding provided. The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed and storage for clothes in the wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a double sized bed and again has drawers and hanging storage available. The third and smallest bedroom has a single bed along with a closet with space to hang clothing. It has the added benefit of having an en-suite shower room, housing a toilet, sink and a glass shower cubicle with mains run shower.

The location is quiet and sedate. A perfect place for a family to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of Paisley town & Glasgow. Conveniently there are shops only a few minutes walk from the property, this includes a post office and newsagent for basic groceries. Slightly further away, yet only a few minutes in a car, there are Morrisons & Aldi supermarkets. Locally, there are also Chinese and Indian takeaways that come recommended should you fancy a night off from cooking. There is a local play park for kids and lovely views out over the Gleniffer Braes.
The house is conveniently connected to the motorway network with both the M8 & M77 motorways only a 10 minute drive away. For convenient transport, there is also a bus stop a few hundred yards along the street and the local train station Paisley Canal St is a mere 12 minute walk away. Trains from here run into Glasgow every 30 minutes for the most part.
There are two highly rated shopping centres in the area, a short drive to each, Braehead & Silverburn both have a loads of shopping and entertainment activities for all ages.
Locally there are Gleniffer Braes Country Park, Paisley Museum & Coates Observatory & Paisley Abbey. In Glasgow there are a number of attractions such as the Science centre & Transport museum.
